easyBTX

LIVE

Turn your Mac, Windows or Linux computer into a BTX miner with one app and one click. GPU accelerated, with a built-in self-custodial wallet, no node to run and nothing to sync. easyBTX is a mining app: it never sells, brokers or holds your coins.

Mac, Windows and Linux

Download easyBTX

Pick your computer. Each build comes straight from the official GitHub releases. Only download from here or from GitHub, never from a copy someone sends you.

Versions below were current on 12 July 2026. easyBTX updates often, so GitHub always has the newest build.

macOSv0.9.8
Apple Silicon (M1 to M4) · macOS Ventura, Sonoma or Sequoia

Mines on the built-in GPU with a tuned Metal solver. No node, nothing to sync.

Windowsv0.8.4
Windows 10 or 11 · NVIDIA RTX 30 series or newer

One CUDA installer, or run the faster WSL2 Linux engine from the guide.

Linuxv0.10.8
NVIDIA GPU · AppImage or .deb, one line to install

Ships the newest, fastest engine (MATADOR, about 2.3x on NVIDIA cards).

Verify before you run it. easyBTX is an unsigned indie build, so antivirus tools often flag any GPU miner. Check the published SHA-256 and the public VirusTotal scan for your build. A clean scan is reassurance, not a guarantee.

Mining in minutes

Grandmother-easy: three steps from download to your first share.

1

Download for your computer

Pick Mac, Windows or Linux below and grab the build from GitHub. Each is a normal installer for that platform.

2

Open it and clear the first-run warning

easyBTX is an unsigned indie build, so your system shows a one-time warning. The install guide walks you through clearing it in a couple of clicks.

3

Press Start

Create or restore a wallet, then press Start. You are mining BTX to your own address within minutes.

What easyBTX does

Everything the shipped app actually gives you. No vaporware.

One click, no node

Pool mining starts the moment it opens. easyBTX auto-detects your GPU and points at the pool for you, with nothing to sync and no config to edit.

Built-in self-custodial wallet

Create or restore a BTX wallet inside the app, with real Send and a payout address you control. easyBTX never sees your keys, your recovery file or your coins.

Deep Tune

The miner tunes itself on your real hardware over hours, proving actual gains rather than guessing. Tuned settings survive every update.

MATADOR engine

An opt-in engine measured about 2.3x faster on NVIDIA cards, on Windows, Linux and WSL2. Toggle it on with one button and watch the live scan rate.

Mines through blocked networks

When a network blocks the pool, easyBTX falls back to TLS on port 443, so it keeps mining with no VPN needed.

Updates take care of themselves

New builds install quietly in the background on Mac, Windows and Linux, so you stay on the current engine through every network upgrade.
